Tips To Conceive A Boy

These helpful tips to conceive a boy could help you to balance your family, or get you started on your way to a football team!

Have you got too many little girls in your family? Or do you have your family all planned out, boy first then a girl. No matter what the reason natural gender selection could help you to balance your family with these tips for conceiving a boy.

Tips to conceive a boy - Every little helps

  • Learn about sperm. Sperm come in two different types, X chromosome and Y chromosome, it's the Y sperm that you need to fertilize your egg. These little boy producing sperm have very different characteristics to the girl producing ones. Y sperm are smaller and faster, but unfortunately they don't live as long. You will need to know this when you are working out the exact time you and your partner will need to have sex.

  • Track your menstrual cycle, you will need to know when you are going to ovulate, it's not something that can be left to chance.

  • Tell your partner to drink a cup of coffee an hour before you have sex. The caffeine is said to stimulate those Y bearing sperm.

  • Change your diet, this will help you to alter your body's pH level. You will need a diet that's rich in sodium and potassium to help you to conceive a boy.

  • Have sex around 12 hours before ovulation, this gives the Y bearing sperm time to sprint on up to the fallopian tubes where they will be ready and waiting for your newly released egg.

Whether these tips to conceive a boy will genuinely help is yet to be seen, but many women around the world have tried natural gender selection and got the baby gender that they wanted.

Alicia Pennington was a midwife for 12 years. She worked with hundreds of pregnant women but was surprised to find some of them were very disappointed when they had a girl, but had secretly hoped for a boy and vice versa. Alicia's research turned up some important factors that she decided to try out herself. She planned her family - and her plan worked! This is a fairly new gender selection book, but has been one of the biggest sellers this year! Click Here to read how Alicia had the family she planned, and share her instructions and tips to conceive a boy with you.
