Online Childbirth Classes

Online childbirth classes can help to keep you relaxed and in control when you go into labor. Let's face it, childbirth is a scary thought! If you're a first time mum then you may have an idea of what to expect, but until you're actually 'in labor'... well, lets just say that you're idea of labor won't be anything like you thought!

I wish I had taken an online childbirth class when I was expecting my first baby, in fact I wish I had taken any childbirth class full stop! I was very unprepared for what was going to happen 9 months down the line. I knew there would be pain, but what I didn't know was how that pain would make me lose control of the very way that I wanted to give birth.

When you are pregnant then that baby has got to come out! And if you intend on having a natural vaginal birth then you need to gain every little bit of knowledge possible, about how your body works, childbirth and how to keep calm and stay in control. Giving birth may be one of the hardest but most rewarding things you ever do in your life, so help yourself to make it easier.

The two online childbirth classes that I'm going to show you, can help you to do just that.

Why an online childbirth class?

Joining a traditional childbirth class can be expensive, and you are tied to certain class times and days. An online childbirth class can be worked at at your own pace and all in the comfort of your own home. You won't have to practise 'panting' in front of a room full of strangers, and you won't feel silly if there's something that you don't understand and you have to ask for clarification!

Our first online childbirth class is by 'Birthologie'

'Giving birth naturally' is our second online childbirth education class for the modern mum. Do want to look forward to giving birth rather than dreading that day? Then this online chilbirth class could be what you're looking for.

Giving birth naturally will teach you the techniques and skills that you need to experience a safe and comfortable birth. It will give you a 3 tiered approach, using a 7 or 12 week course, or if you prefer you can set your own course pace.
