You should start preparing for the birth of your baby as early as possible. By preparing early you are giving yourself the chance to have a happy and relaxed birth. Although watching a childbirth video can give you an insight into what to expect, it does nothing to prepare you for what you will inevitably experience - Childbirth!

Some form of classes are a must, but if you can't find the time to go to classes, or if you would rather do something a little more private, just for you and your partner, then try classes online.
