Morning Sickness Symptoms
One of the first morning sickness symptoms is that you are feeling sick even before you get out of bed in the morning. This could also be confused with a few other things too... A heavy night on the alcohol, a bad meal the night before, maybe a tummy bug to name a few.
If you miss a period and feel sick, it could be an infection, stress, or something similar, or it could be... pregnancy. Morning sickness symptoms are basically what the name suggests - Sickness. It could just be mild feelings of nausea, or extremely severe, you may or may not actually vomit. Certain smells can trigger nausea, and don't think it's just smells that you normally don't like. It could be something that you normally love, that while you're pregnant you just cannot stand the aroma! Morning sickness is not just confined to the morning either. You may experience it in the morning, afternoon or night. For some very unfortunate women, they will experience it throughout the day. Either constantly or in bouts. So when does morning sickness start? You could normally experience this from around week 5 or 6 right up until week 14 to 16. For most women it will stop as they enter the second trimester of their pregnancy, this isn't definite though, and others will have morning sickness for longer, some for the whole 9 months. So long as you can keep a certain amount of food and fluids down, it isn't normally a problem, and you and baby should be fine. If you find you can't keep anything down, including fluids then DO make an appointment with your doctor. For ways to cure morning sickness
