Help With Foods to Eat to Conceive a Girl

by Jennie Ensell
(Sweden)

It seems that I won't be able to eat much at all while trying to conceive a girl. For example: Am I just allowed to eat yoghurt, ice cream, broccoli, nuts and beans and so on, or can I eat some sort of meat, sausage, eggs, fish, seafood, bread, butter, pasta, rice, noodles and porridge or is it completely prohibited. And what about milk? It contains more sodium than orange juice. And it's still recommended I drink milk but not orange juice if I want to conceive a girl? Help, I really want to do this a 100% right. What did you eat while trying to conceive your baby girl? This is very important to me.

My regards Jennie

Hi Jennie,

Thanks for your email. Did you purchase a book through my site. I just want to say that I am not the author of the book if you did, I advertise and recommend the books on my site, but I am not the author, so unfortunately I cannot help you with the instructions. If you return to the authors site then you should find a contact button or section where you can contact the author direct.

When I conceived my little girl, I don't think I ate anything different than I normally would have done. So I would have eaten some meat, breads, fish etc. I think I was one of the lucky ones though, I didn't have a preference for boys or girls and just ended up with one of each. I didn't find out about natural gender selection until after my daughter was born. I had a friend with 3 boys who wanted a girl, and I did some research for her.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, and I wish you lots of luck with trying for a girl.

Kind regards,
Julie,
