Watching a few breastfeeding video clips is a good way to learn the art of breastfeeding.

I called it an art because in some cases and for some mothers this is how it feels. Sometimes watching someone else do something is the best way to see how to do something yourself. Watching a Mother breast feeding her baby can help you to learn how to hold your baby, and how to tell if she is properly 'latched on'. It can also show you how to position her against your breast, and maybe even help to show you how to get comfortable.

Breast feeding isn't always easy, but this should in no way put you off giving it a go. It is best for your baby, and as a mother I can tell you there's nothing like it!
