breastfeeding versus formula feeding

Breastfeeding versus formula feeding, can be a difficult choice to make. It helps when you can weigh up the pro's and con's, but at the end of all of the advice and help from others, it's ultimately the mothers choice. Breastfeeding and formula feeding both have their good and bad points.

Some mothers can't breastfeed, it's just not an open option to them. Others purely don't want to, for various personal or social reasons.
