Baby Health Advice

From teething to colic, we all need a little baby health advice sometimes. Some small problems can be quite a concern when you don't know what you're up against. Firstly let me say if you have any doubts or concerns over any aspect of your baby's health, you should seek professional medical advice.

Nobody knows your baby like you do, and if you think there is a problem, you should get medical advice as soon as possible.

Baby health advice and the 'overbearing mother'! - I don't think so!

A while ago there was a lot of controversy about new mothers being 'over the top' about high temperatures, rashes etc. I cannot stress enough that doctors do not think this way. Doctors are there to diagnose any health problems that your baby may have,and give advice should you need it. Never ever postpone a trip to the doctors just because you think they will call you an overbearing mother!

Ok, that out of the way, there can also be alot of niggley problems, where you just need that little bit of baby health advice. I have experienced many of these problems with my two children, and although what worked for my children, will not necessarily work for yours, it may give you some ideas to try out yourself.

A very annoying and persistent problem can be nappy rash, This can make your baby miserable and very sore. Don't let her suffer.
