Hi Komal,
This is a tricky question, as always when someone asks "Can I get pregnant"! However after searching the internet, I have found various examples of women with polycystic ovaries and ovarian cysts, that have gone on to become pregnant.
Although a cyst on your ovary may decrease the chances of you ovulating, if your other ovary is healthy, then you can still ovulate from that one.
Will your doctor be treating the cyst on your right ovary? Cysts may be caused by a hormone imbalance as well as many other factors, so once the doctor has treated the cyst that is already there, he could then treat the cause of this one.
If a hormone imbalance is the reason, he may be able to treat this with maybe Clomid/clomephine, or other medications if clomid isn't suitable for your body. If you are overweight you could try to lose a little body weight as this can sometimes help to regulate a hormone imbalance.
Your doctor may decide that no treatment is needed and that you are fertile and able to get pregnant without any form of treatment.
As I have stated before on my site, I am not a medical professional, so this question is way beyond my advice. I can only advise so much, but seeing as you have already recived a medical diagnosis, the I strongly suggest that you return to your doctor and discuss this matter with him.
Your doctor will be able to answer all of your questions, and advise you on any medical treatment that you may need.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards
Julie.
